The Original Slipway is a welcoming, modern restaurant sitting in a traditional old boatyard. Combining international cuisine with Caribbean zest, all our dishes are freshly made with locally sourced ingredients.

We support the local farmers, fishermen and growers and do our best to ensure our restaurant and dishes served are as sustainable as possible.

We believe in quality over quantity so whilst our menu may be small, you can be assured it will always exceed expectations.
